Emeott, Mayor <br />3960 Scheuneman Rd, <br />Gem Lake, Mn 55110 <br />Dear Paul: <br />The Geni Lake Planning Commission met Thursday, September 15, <br />1994, 7:30 PM, at Tousley Ford. Present were Gardner, Leider, <br />Nielsen, and Docken. The notice of the meeting was published in <br />the White Bear Press on September 7. <br />Mr. Richard Hiniker presented the final landscape plan for <br />the Tousley Ford addition (pole barn) which will become their <br />parts department, both retail and wholesale. This issue has been <br />in abeyance for two years pending determination of the buildings <br />use. The plan was approved 3-1 with the condition that one <br />additional tree be added to the right center of the front of the <br />building. <br />There being no other business, the meeting was adjourned at <br />9:00. <br />Respectfully-ubmitted., <br />Da !.
