Construction shall be In accordance with the plans submitted to the District as part of the record for this project. <br />2. The site soil erosion and sediment control facilities shall be Installed and maintained to conform with the standards <br />specified in the Ramsey Qoijntylo Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook. <br />3. The site sail erosion and sediment control facilities for the rough grading phase of the project must be installed prior to <br />any site grading operations. The District's Administrator must be notified once these facilities are installed. Grading <br />operations shall not begin until the District Administrator approves the installed facilities. <br />4. All grading operations shall be in conducted in a manner to minimize the potential for site erosion. <br />5. In areas where concentrated flows will occur (such as swales and areas in front •�f storm catch basins and Intakes), the <br />erosion control facilities shall be backed by a stabilization structure to protect those facilities from the concentrated <br />flows. The stabilization structures, such as snow fence, shall be approved by the District Administrator, <br />B. Any damaged silt fencing or other erosion control facility shall be restored to their originally installed condition daily. <br />7. All areas disturbed during construction shall be restored as soon as possible. Any areas that have been finish graded <br />and areas that have been disturbed, but have no active grading, shall be seeded and mulched within 14 days. All <br />mulch material shall he dieted Into the soil in a direction perpendicular to the stormwate- flow over such areas.
