Construction shall be In accordance with the plans submitted to the District as part of the record for this project. 2. The site soil erosion and sediment control facilities shall be Installed and maintained to conform with the standards specified in the Ramsey Qoijntylo Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook. 3. The site sail erosion and sediment control facilities for the rough grading phase of the project must be installed prior to any site grading operations. The District's Administrator must be notified once these facilities are installed. Grading operations shall not begin until the District Administrator approves the installed facilities. 4. All grading operations shall be in conducted in a manner to minimize the potential for site erosion. 5. In areas where concentrated flows will occur (such as swales and areas in front •�f storm catch basins and Intakes), the erosion control facilities shall be backed by a stabilization structure to protect those facilities from the concentrated flows. The stabilization structures, such as snow fence, shall be approved by the District Administrator, B. Any damaged silt fencing or other erosion control facility shall be restored to their originally installed condition daily. 7. All areas disturbed during construction shall be restored as soon as possible. Any areas that have been finish graded and areas that have been disturbed, but have no active grading, shall be seeded and mulched within 14 days. All mulch material shall he dieted Into the soil in a direction perpendicular to the stormwate- flow over such areas.
