All construction site entrances shall be surfaced with crushed rock across the entire width of the entrance end from the <br />entrance to a point 50 feet into the construction zone. <br />10. All storm sewer catch basins not needed for site drainage during construction shall be covered to prevent runoff from <br />entering the storm sewer system. Catch basins necessary for site drainage during construction shall be surrounded <br />by silt fence or double ring of staked hay bales backed by snow fence. The fence or bales shall be installed and main- <br />tained around all catch basins until the tributary areas are restored. <br />11. Properly designed filter blanket and riprap shall be installed on the downstream side of all storm sewer outlets. <br />12. All riprap shall be designed and installed with a filter material and meet the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />specifications for riprap and filter material. <br />13. A silt fence backed by snow fence shall be installed and maintained directly downstream of all stormsewer outlets. <br />14. The District Administrator shall be notified of the preconstruction meeting scheduled for the project <br />15. All storm sewers discharging into wetlands or water bodies shall outlet at or below the normal water level of the re- <br />spective wetland or water body or at an elevation where the downstream slope is 1 percent or flatter. The normal wa- <br />ter level shall be the invert elevation of the outlet for the wetland or water body as approved by the District. <br />16. Low floor elevations of homes or buildings adjacent to wetlands or water bodies shall be a minimum of two (2) feet <br />above the critical 100 year flood elevation for the respective wetland or water body as approved by the District. <br />17. The toe of the silt fence shall be trenched in a minimum at 6 inches. The trench backfill shall be compacted with a vi- <br />bratory plate compactor. <br />18. Upon completion of the project and stabilization of all graded areas. all temporary erosion control facilities (silt fences, <br />hay bales, etc.) shall be removed from the site. <br />19.
