BMP Description: The City will publish a website that will communicate to City residents, along with the publication of the Annual Community Meeting Notice. D. Minimum Control Measure Addressed: Public Outreach & Education 1. Interview website designer, determine budget requirements to meet minimum standards set, and establish designer based time line for website implementation. 2. Identify editor/producer for Annual Community Notice, determine budget requirements to meet minimum standards set and establish editor/producer based time line for implementation. E. Describe the measurable that will be used to determine success or benefits of this BMP: 1. Number of hits on website once implemented. 2. Completed delivery of Annual Community Notice and attendance at Annual Public Meeting. F. Describe the timeline or implementation schedule for this BMP: 1. The website developer will control the time line for implementation. 2. Development/design, production and delivery of the Annual Community Notice should be complete by 01 June 2004. G. In 2003, Richard Bosak volunteered and was selected as editor/publisher of the Community Newsletter which includes the Annual Community Notice. Materials on NPDES will be made available to him on or before 15 March 2004 to insure June, 2004 delivery of the Annual Community Notice. b. Website designer selection has begun and should be complete by 01 June 2004 for development and implementation as budgets allow. 2. 2004 a. Website project currently on hold due to budget and time constraints. Further work will begin in 2005. C
