BMP Description: The City will publish a website that will communicate to City residents, along with the publication of the Annual Community <br />Meeting Notice. <br />D. Minimum Control Measure Addressed: Public Outreach & Education <br />1. Interview website designer, determine budget requirements to meet minimum standards set, and establish designer based time line for <br />website implementation. <br />2. Identify editor/producer for Annual Community Notice, determine budget requirements to meet minimum standards set and establish <br />editor/producer based time line for implementation. <br />E. Describe the measurable that will be used to determine success or benefits of this BMP: <br />1. Number of hits on website once implemented. <br />2. Completed delivery of Annual Community Notice and attendance at Annual Public Meeting. <br />F. Describe the timeline or implementation schedule for this BMP: <br />1. The website developer will control the time line for implementation. <br />2. Development/design, production and delivery of the Annual Community Notice should be complete by 01 June 2004. <br />G. In 2003, Richard Bosak volunteered and was selected as editor/publisher of the Community Newsletter which includes the Annual <br />Community Notice. Materials on NPDES will be made available to him on or before 15 March 2004 to insure June, 2004 delivery <br />of the Annual Community Notice. <br />b. Website designer selection has begun and should be complete by 01 June 2004 for development and implementation as budgets <br />allow. <br />2. 2004 <br />a. Website project currently on hold due to budget and time constraints. Further work will begin in 2005. <br />C <br />
