BMP Description: The City's annual public meeting to present progress to date on the City's SWPPP for the current year and required activities <br />for the following year having employed applicable public notice procedures and soliciting public comments. <br />D. Prepare an agenda for approval which includes statement of need and intent, progress reports, pending and future plans for completion, <br />and a copy of the draft report. <br />3. On 28 January 2004 a Public Notice No. 2004-03 was published in the Legal Notices section of the White Bear Press, the City's <br />official legal publication soliciting attendance and input from the public. <br />b. On 23 February 2004 a Public Hearing was convened before the City Council in the first floor meeting room of Tousley Ford during <br />which the Mayor and City Clerk described NPDGS, it's purpose and intent, it's requirements and presented the draft report. <br />2. 2004 <br />a. On 23 February 2005 a Public Notice No. 2005-06 was published in the Legal Notices section of the White Bear Press, the City's <br />official legal publication soliciting attendance and input from the public. <br />b.
