BMP Description: The City has existing ordinances (No. 43 & No. 58) that address construction site erosion control. The ordinance requires <br />erosion control plans be submitted prior to permitting and/or construction. <br />D. Minimum Control Measure Addressed: Construction Site Storm Water Controls <br />E. Describe the measurable that will be used to determine success or benefits of this BMP: <br />1. Review standard language and requirements for erosion and sediment control plans by 10 March 2004. <br />2. If revisions to existing ordinances are needed or if a new ordinance is needed, complete the process for City Council approval by 10 March <br />2005. <br />F Describe the timeline or implementation schedule for this BMP: <br />L Continue ongoing administration of existing ordinance controls. <br />2. Continue existing erosion and sediment controls administration on an ongoing basis for all construction utilizing zoning <br />administrators, building official and building inspectors. <br />2. 2004 <br />a. Review of Ordinances No. 43 and No. 58 has been completed and collectively they have been found to adequate on a preliminary <br />basis. Mayor Emeott has offered for review more stringent sediment and erosion control measures to be included in 2005 amendments <br />to the ordinances referenced. <br />15 <br />
