Please confirm receipt and verify content is in acceptable form for use. <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />PUBLIC NOTICE NO.2005-04 <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />The Gem Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 <br />PM on Monday, 01 February 2005, in the first floor meeting room of Tousley <br />Ford located at 1493 East County Road E in the City of Gem Lake. The <br />purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment on an application by <br />People's Plumbing for a variance of from Section 15.15(1)a), Ordinance No. <br />43. If granted, the variance would allow construction of 1 additional 48 sf <br />structural sign attached to the building located at 3599 Hoffman Road West, <br />an increase of 1 sign over the requirements of the ordinance. <br />Attend the public hearing.
