Please confirm receipt and verify content is in acceptable form for use. <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />PUBLIC NOTICE NO.2005-03 <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />The Gem Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 <br />PM on Monday, 01 February 2005, in the fast floor meeting room of Tousley <br />Ford located at 1493 East County Road E in the City of Gem Lake. The <br />purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment on an application by Steve <br />and Amy "Turnbull for a variance of 3'0" from Section 9.4(1), Ordinance No. <br />43. If granted, the variance would allow construction of a single family home <br />on Lot 3, Blue Spruce Estates, 4042 Scheuneman Road with a maximum roof <br />height of 28'0" instead of the 25'0" allowed by the ordinance. <br />Attend the public hearing.
