SECTION 18 TO BE ADDED <br />F) A Landscaping Plan for the entire development site shall be provided for review by the Planning <br />Commission and approval by the City Council to insure that adequate landscaping is provided by means of <br />berms, trees, shrubs or other methods to buffer the commercial buildings, parking facilities and other site areas <br />fromthe adjacentresidential districts. The Landscaping Plan, including installation and maintenanceprotocols, <br />shall be in keeping with an upscale "Office Park" or, as necessary, a residential neighborhood. <br />G) All buildings in any "LDB" Zoned District shall be served by the City of Gem Lake Municipal Sanitary <br />Sewer System. City water shall be supplied from a water distribution system owned and operated by the City <br />of Gem Lake. <br />IT) An engineered storm water collection system shall be provided in any "LDB" Zoned District to be <br />developed.
