March 20, 2006 <br />Gem Lake Mayor and Council: <br />Gentlemen: <br />Before you vote on change to the LDB zone affecting my land on County Road E, I <br />request to discuss with the Council every new proposed term, and also every term I raised <br />in my letters to you dated 2003 and 2004 before I moved to detach the land for <br />annexation to Vadnais Heights.
