TO: CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: PATTI WALSTAD <br />DATE: JANUARY 15, 2014 <br />SUBJECT: GEM LAKE HILLS LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL <br />It is time again for the City Council to consider approving the renewal of the On -Sale and <br />Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License for the Gem Lake Hills Golf Course. <br />The completed application, appropriate fees, and Certificate of Insurance listing the City <br />of Gem Lake as an additional insured have been received. <br />I have requested the background check from the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department <br />but haven't received it as of today. I don't anticipate any problems as the person is the <br />same as in previous years. <br />Requested Action: <br />Approve the renewal of the On -Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License for Gem <br />Lake Hills Golf Course, 4039 Scheuneman Road, for the period of January 1, 2014 <br />through December 31, 2014, and authorize execution of the license by the City Clerk, and <br />further authorize staff to forward the documents to the Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement <br />Division of the State of Minnesota. <br />PSw/s <br />madmin/add.file <br />b:gemhills-14 <br />
