City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2014 — 07 <br />April 15, 2014 <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING FOUR SEASONS AUTO REVOKATION DATE TO <br />4/30/2014. <br />WHEREAS, by resolution the Gem Lake City Council revoked Four Seasons Auto 3622 <br />Scheuneman Rd, Gem Lake MN 55110 Conditional Use Permit effective 3/1/2014. <br />WHEREAS, Four Seasons Auto 3622 Scheuneman Rd, Gem Lake MN 55110 has found <br />a new place to move to effective 5/1/2014, Four Seasons Auto 3622 Scheuneman Rd, <br />Gem Lake MN 55110 is asking for an extension through 4/30/2014. <br />By this Resolution, the City Council hereby extends the revocation of Four Seasons <br />Conditional Use Permit until 4/30/2014. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member xxxxxxxx and was seconded <br />by Council Member xxxxxxx and was declared adopted upon the following vote: <br />NAME Uzpen Bosak Kuny Lindner Artig-Swomley <br />YES YES YES YES YES <br />VOTE <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />William Short, City Clerk Date <br />
