RESOLUTION NO.2014 - 08 <br />A RESOLUTION REVOKING ORDINANCE 67B AND APPROVING 67C ISTS <br />SYSTEMS IN THE CITY OF GEM LAKE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Gem Lake, by this Resolution makes changes to the <br />ISTS ordinance to adhere to state requirements. <br />By this Resolution, the City Council hereby approves ordinance 67C ISTS SYSTEMS IN <br />THE CITY OF GEM LAKE. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was made <br />by and seconded by with votes in favor <br />and votes in opposition. <br />Dated: 2014 <br />William Short, City Clerk <br />
