To the city and counselors of Gem Lake: <br />My name is Alejandro Ruiz and I'm the owner of High-tech Auto Repair. I would like to apologize for not <br />having the full permit to run my business. When I purchased it, I was not aware that the business was <br />not transferable to me. I thought I had filed all the paperwork needed. Auto tech is a mechanic shop <br />that I took over in September, 2013. 1 am in the process of acquiring and completing all the permits and <br />paperwork that is needed to run my business. At this time I ask if I could please obtain a conditional <br />permit that would allow my mechanic shop to stay open for business.
