• CONSENT AGENDA <br />Staff Report <br />21 August 2006 <br />14. ELECTIONS. Notices of filing for city offices have been published twice in the White Bear Press. Election judges <br />have been appointed and will be part of the Councils action for 21 August 2006. Affidavits for candidacy for city <br />office are available and may be filed between 29 August 2006 and 12 September 2006 and must be accompanied <br />by a $2.00 filing fee. Office for election include Mayor and 2 Council (Watson & Bosak). State Primary Election <br />on 12 September 2006. Public Accuracy tests of voting equipment are scheduled for 1:00 PM at Ramsey County <br />Elections Office. Election Judge training has been scheduled for 09 September 2006 at my home. <br />15. ELECTION. Election judges have been selected and require formal appointment by the City Council per agenda. <br />16. LEGAL: I recommend we schedule a meeting with Mr. Kelly to discuss current and pending litigation and the <br />problems attendant thereto.
