Resolution <br />Board of <br />Ramsey County Commissioners <br />Presented By Commissioner McDonough _ Date September 26, 2006 No. 2 0 0 6 -315 <br />Attention: Budgeting and Accounting <br />Ken Haider, Public Works Page 3 of 3 <br />City of Gem Lake <br />RESOLVED, This transfer is conditioned upon receipt by Ramsey County of a <br />resolution adopted by the City of Gem Lake concurring with the County revoking the <br />"County Road" status of Scheuneman Road from County Road E to Trunk Highway 61, <br />and Hoffman Road from Trunk Highway 61 to County Road E, and further providing that <br />receipt of up to $70,126 for the reconstruction of these segments from Capital <br />Improvement Funds for Ramsey County Roadway Consolidation that Ramsey County <br />has fully discharged Ramsey County's obligations to the City arising under Minnesota <br />Statutes §§163.11 and 383A.16 and the Functional Consolidation Plan, and that the <br />City of Gem Lake has no expectation of funding of the ongoing maintenance of these <br />segments by Ramsey County; and Be It Further <br />RESOLVED, That upon receipt of this resolution Ramsey County will pay to the <br />City as just compensation for these jurisdiction transfers, up to $70,126 upon <br />presentation of billings from the construction contractor(s) for the reconstruction of these <br />segments of Scheuneman Road and Hoffman Road, and that upon receipt of the <br />billings, the County shall reimburse the City in accordance with Minnesota State Statute <br />471.425; and Be It Further <br />RESOLVED, The County Board authorizes the Ramsey County Engineer, within <br />the limits of this resolution, to take actions necessary to have the identified jurisdiction <br />changes executed. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY ))SS <br />I, Bonnie C.
