Request for Proposal Requirements Proposal to include team description including individuals who will work on the project, reponsibilities of each person, resumes', examples of similar experience, project approach, state- ment of ability to meet schedule, and a fee proposal. The selection will be made based on: 1. The experience and make-up of the proposed team. 2. Individuals who will lead the team. 3. Specific experience with Historic structures andsensitivity for Cass Gilbert's work. 4. Specific experience and sensitivity with Edwin Lunde's work. 5. Ability to meet the schedule. 6. Fee definition and Services related to the fee proposal. The proposals must be submitted by 2 PM to the office of the Gem Lake City Clerk at 1369 County Road E. East by 0018th, 2006. Four copies of the response will be required. Materials should be addressed to the Joint City Hall Committee. All submittals will be reviewed for compliance, under- standing, and experience. A selected number of repondents will be asked to attend an informal interview, occuring within 7 days of notification, in order to discuss the proposal and to meet the individuals who will lead the team. The consulting team selected will be notified within 3 days and a contract will be established using the AIA B141 contract Agreement Between Owner and Archi- tect and based on the schedule included in the RFP. The consulting team will be expected to hold reviews for approvals as part of the normal process which includes Planning Commission, Site Design reviews, and City Council reviews. However, these reviews will be held jointly between the cities so that the process is not duplicated for each city. Other logistical issues that could complicate a joint effort between two different cities will be resolved expediently. The schedule should be assumed free of roadblocks beyond the control of the consulting team for purposes of the submittal.
