Proposal to Gem Lake, MN for General Legal Services <br />July 17, 2006 <br />As part of his professional practice, Mr. Le is Treasurer of the Ramsey County Bar <br />Association and a Director of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association. <br />Mr. Le is actively involved in the community, serving as a Vice President for the <br />Vietnamese Community of Minnesota and a board member of the Pan -Asian <br />Association. He is also an Advisor to the Page Education Foundation. Mr. Le is <br />fluent in Vietnamese. <br />About Wenzhao (Connie) Wanjz <br />Ms. Wang is an associate with Kelly & Fawcett focusing on corporate, real estate, <br />international law ��,nth the focus on China, investment in China and the United States, <br />and inuni, 'on law. She does assist on municipal files, particularly those touching <br />on business issues. <br />Ms. Wang has been the Legal Counsel for the China Marketing Association, a nation- <br />wide or in China, since 2004. She is a council member for the International <br />Business Section of Minnesota State Bar Association, member of Minnesota Bar <br />Association, member of National Asian Pacific Attorney Bar Association, executive <br />board member of the Chinese American Business Association of Minnesota <br />(CABAM) and Vice President of US -China Business Connections (UCBC). <br />Ms. Wang is fluent in English and Chinese. She earned her law degree from <br />University of Minnesota, Master's degree of International Public Policy from the <br />School of Advanced International Studies of the Johns Hopkins University and <br />` Bachelor's degree of English Language and Literature from Nanjing University, <br />China. <br />Assistants and Law Clerks <br />Kelly & Fawcett has a strong group of assistants, all of whom assist with municipal <br />matters — Rita Ojeda, Natalie Liffrig, Regina Chung, and Alicia Barrascout. Colleen <br />Hermes is our office manager. Our assistants take a team approach to projects, much <br />like the attorneys, and share the goals of rapid response and quality work.
