City of Lein Lake was called to. order by Mayor Erneott on <br />Tuesday,. October. 21, 2.008 at:7:10 min the Gem Lake City Hall meeting room. <br />Thefollowing: members were present: Mayor Paul. Emeott; Council members Gretchen Artig-Swomley, Tom <br />Rasmussen, and Chuck Watson. Absent Councilrnember Schilling. Also present were. Attorney Trevor Oliver, City <br />Treasurer Jessie Hart and Teresa Tice, Recorder. Other members of the public were also in attendance per the sign <br />in sheet sent around the room. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND MEETING MINUTES <br />A) Minutes of City Council meeting of September 2008: Upon motion by Rasmussen, seconded by Artig- <br />Swomley, the council approved the minutes of the September 2008 Council meeting. <br />Ayes-4 Nays-0 <br />B) Minutesof the City. Council. Workshop of October 6, 2008. None submitted. <br />C) Minutes of the Special City Council meeting of October 10, 2008:.Upon motion by Rasmussen, seconded by <br />Artig-Swomley, the council approved the minutes of the Special City Council meeting on October10, 2008 <br />approving election judges. Ayes — 4 Nays -- <br />D) City Council Agenda: Mayor. Emeott called for additions, deletions and corrections to the agenda. Upon motion <br />by Watson, seconded by Rasmussen, the councilapproved the agenda for the.
