<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF 'rHE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: October 13, 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7438 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />Special meeting of the city Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at 7:00 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and DeROS <br />and the following were absent: <br />none <br /> <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FORMING DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, <br />TWO TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS, <br />ADOPTING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN, <br />DECLARING PUBLIC PURPOSE, <br />REQUESTING CERTIFICATION OF ORIGINAL <br />ASSESSED VALUE, PROVIDING FOR FILING, <br />ADMINISTRATION, AND SPECIAL ACCOUNT <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />A. It has been proposed that the City of Roseville <br />form a development district, two tax increment financing <br />districts which the City has titled Redevelopment District No. <br />1 and Redevelopment District No. 2 within the development <br />district and adopt a development program and tax increment <br />financing plan therefor under the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 273.71 to 273.78 and Chapter 472A <br />(collectively the "Act"). <br />
