<br />special account designated "Redevelopment District No. 2 Tax <br />Increment Account" to be held by the City Treasurer separate <br />and apart from all other accounts of the City into which shall <br />be credited all tax increments received with respect to <br />Redevelopment District No. 2 to be used in accordance with the <br />Act and the Tax Increment Financing Plan. <br /> <br />7. Filing. The City Manager is further authorized <br />and directed to file a copy of the Tax Increment Financing Plan <br />for Redevelopment District No. 1 and Redevelopment District No. <br />2 with the Commissioner of Energy, Planning and Development. <br /> <br />8. Administration. The administration of <br />Development District No. 1 is assigned to the City Manager who <br />shall from time to time be granted such powers and duties <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 472A.09 and 472A.IO as <br />the City Council may deem appropriate. As part of his <br />administrative duties, the City Manager shall submit a report <br />on the status of Development District No. 1 to the Ramsey <br />County Board, the School Boards of Independent School Districts <br />Numbers 621 and 623 and the Commissioner of Energy, Planning <br />and Development prior to July I of each year. The City Manager <br />shall also publish an annual statement regarding Development <br />District No. I in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />City. The reports and annual statements shall be in compliance <br />~ith Minnesota Statutes 273.74 Subd. 5. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />
