<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the city hall in said city on Monday, the 20th day of <br />Decmeber, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />Council Member Kehr introduced and moved the <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7455 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE CONSTRUCTION <br />AND MAINTENANCE OF AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL PRE-EMPTION SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Roseville has made arrangements for <br />the installaion of emergency vehicle traffic control signal pre- <br />empted system (OPTICOM) at the Snelling Avenue and County Road <br />B-2 entrance to Rosedale Shopping Center; and <br />Whereas, the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />has prepared an agreement to have this facility installed for the <br />City of Roseville, and for ongoing maintenance; and <br />WHEREAS, bids for this work will then be taken early in 1983 <br />the City of Roseville will enter into an agreement with the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation for the installation of OPTICOM at the <br />intersection of Snelling Avenue and County Road B-2, under Agreement <br />Num ber 61235. <br />
