RESOLUTION 7455 -2- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville enter into an agreement with the STate of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following purposes, to wit: For the construction, revision, maintenance, operation and removal of Emergency Vehicle Traffic Control Signal Pre-emption System on Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling Avenue) West Ramps at County Road B-2 in the City of Roseville, in accordance with Agreement Number 61235, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager of the City of Roseville be and is hereby authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Franke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present. and the following voted against the same: None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted STATE OF MINNESOTA SS COUNTY OF RAMSEY I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager of the City of Roseville, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared teh attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council of said city held on the 20th day of December, 1982, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same relates to Agreement No. 61235, with the Minnesota Department of Transportation for the installation and maintenance of OPTICOM at the Snelling Avenue and County Road B-2 ramp.
