P-82-30 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisia~s of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />P-82-30 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter, necessary drainage facilities and <br />necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Transit <br />Avenue from Chatsworth Street to Churchill Street, as described <br />in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at <br />$74,359.98, and substantially in accordance with the prelimi- <br />nary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file <br />in the office of the City Manager; and having considered the <br />views of all interested persons and being fully advised in <br />the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that <br />said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and <br />special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to <br />said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed <br /> <br />-2- <br />
