<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 28th <br />day of May, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, wíSki, and Wall, <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.9 3 0 4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RAMSEY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH, <br />DIVISION OF SOLID WASTE REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF AN INTERIM USE <br />PERMIT TO OPERATE A SEASONAL COLLECTION SITE FOR HOUSE HOLD <br />HAZARDOUS WASTE AT THEIR SITE ON KENT STREET, NORTH OR LARPENTEUR <br />AVENUE AND EAST OF DALE STREET. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the household hazardous waste collection satellite facility has been in operation <br />since 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved an extension to the interim use permit in 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City records indicate that during that time, no complaints have been received <br />by the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, approval of an extension of an existing interim use permit to operate a seasonal <br />collection site for household hazardous waste at their site on Kent Street, north of Larpenteur <br />Avenue and east of Dale Street has been requested for a period of five years and also to operate the <br />collection facility for an 8 week period of time during each of the seasons of spring, summer, and <br />fall. Spring is defined as April 1 through May 31, summer is defined as June 1 through August 31, <br />and fall is defined as September 1 through October 31; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission recommended approval of such extension <br />of the existing interim use permit subject to certain conditions on May 8, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council conducted a public hearing on the requested <br />extension to the interim use permit on May 28, . <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that an extension to an existing <br />
