<br />interim use permit for a household hazardous waste disposal facility be approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />a. The interim use permit shall be for a five year period, with an annual City staff <br />inspection and report to the Planning Commission and City Council. <br />b. The County shall be allowed to operate the collection facility for an 8 week period <br />of time during each of the seasons of spring, summer, and fall.
