Andre, City Manager; Charles

Honchell, City Public Works Director; Doug Strong, City Public

Works Department; Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell & Converse,

City Attorney; and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson, Popovich,

Knutson & Flynn, City Bond Consultant.

ACTING MAYOR JOHNSON: The next project is Improvement
No. P-82-22, Farrington Street from County Road C-2 to Iona
Lane and on Iona Lane from Virginia Avenue to Farrington
Street.

MR. ANDRE: We have the certificate of majling and
affidavit of publication for this project on file.

MR. HONCHELL: This is from C-2 to Iona Lane, plus that
block of Iona Lane between Virginia and Farrington. This
project was 66% petitioned for. The prevailing width is
approximately 28 feet - fair condition of the pavement -
rolling grades to the roadway. Again, the driveways vary
somewhat from very flat to 10% or so - some of them not
meeting our standards. The yards in much of the area are
somewhat higher than the road. It is proposed a lot like the
last block. We would pretty much leave the road as it is, but
adjust it somewhat to aid in the driveway grade problem and
to better match the yards.

MR. POPOVICH: The total estimated cost of this project
is $116,144.37. If it was 100% assessed, it would be approxi-
mately $47.30 a foot. At the 25% approach, it's $11.63 a front
