I will open the public <br />hearing. Any comments on P-82-32? <br /> <br />MR. MARVIN BOECKERMANN, 2791 Matilda Street: I'm in <br />favor of the project. I'd like to ask Mr. Honchell - I'm <br />planning on changing my driveway - making it wider. Should I <br />wait? <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: What I suggest you do is wait at least <br />certainly for that portion that's down near the road. We're <br />going to be doing work and they may be raising the road four <br />inches or lowering the road two inches or whatever. There's <br />bound to be some disruption right next to the roadway. We <br />wouldn't want to tear up the stuff you just put in. <br /> <br />MR. BOECKERMANN: What I'm asking - my driveway is maybe <br />about ten feet wide now and I want to widen it to approximately <br />16 feet. Would you put it at 16 already? <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: We will have our technician contact you <br />to find out exactly where you want it and how wide and we can <br />have that incorporated into the contract work that we have the <br />contractor bid on. If you widen driveways - this isn't a <br />condition we find - so there would be some cost to you for <br />the added width. If you don't wish to have that done, we can <br />work out an arrangement where you can do it by any contractor <br />you want.
