MARION LUNZER: It was down on the corner of woodbridge <br />and C-2 for about a month and a half. <br /> <br />MAN IN AUDIENCE: How will the sidewalk be handled? <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: I don't think that's been determined yet. <br /> <br />ACTING MAYOR JOHNSON: (Inaudible) we might do it by <br />sending out a mailing, but we'll have to see how the Council <br />wants to deal with that. That's up to the Council. <br /> <br />MAN IN AUDIENCE: I want to make one more comment to you <br />and your department, Mr. Honchell. I complained about the race- <br />way over there on Western Avenue. (Inaudible) we've had 30 <br />mile an hour signs posted and it's really slowed that traffic <br />down. For those of us coming off of C-2, either way now we <br />can get out there without risking our lives. <br /> <br />ACTING MAYOR JOHNSON: Any other comments on C-2? <br /> <br />MAN IN AUDIENCE: Is there any proposal or study on <br />extending C-2 over to Dale? <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: There is no proposal to do that. It's <br />all school board land (inaudible). Right now there are no <br />plans to do that. <br /> <br />ACTING MAYOR JOHNSON: I'm going to close the hearing <br />on C-2. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr then introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7490 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-82-23 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />P-82-23 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances on all <br />that property abutting County Road C-2 from Rice Street to <br />Western Avenue, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a <br />cost presently estimated at $267,569.10, and substantially in <br /> <br />-14 - <br />
