<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: MARCH 14, 1983 <br /> <br />." <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held at 7:30 o'clock l2...m. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Curley. <br /> <br />r.1ember Demos <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REFERRING TO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />PROPOSAL TO MODIFY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN, CALLING FOR PUBLIC <br />HEARING AND CALLING FOR CONSULTATION WITH <br />OTHER AFFECTED JURISDICTIONS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7493 <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />A. It has been proposed that the City of Roseville <br />modify its existing development program and tax increment <br />financing plan for Development District No. 1 in accordance <br />with Minnesota Statutes, Section 273.71 to 273.78 and Chapter <br />472A (collectively the "Act"). <br /> <br />B. The Act requires that prior to the City Council's <br />approval of said modifications, the Planning Commission shall <br />review and comment on said modifications, the City Council <br />shall provide a reasonable opportunity to members of the County <br />Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County and the School Boards <br />of Independent School Districts No. 621 and 623 a to meet with <br />the City Council to discuss said modifications and the City <br />Council shall fully inform the members of the County Board and <br />School Boards of the fiscal and economic implications of the <br />proposed modifications; <br />
