C. The Act further requires that prior to certain modifications of a development program or tax increment financing plan a public hearing shall be held thereon; NOW THEREFORE BE I'r RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. The proposal to modify the City's existing Qevelopment program and tax increment financing plan is referred to the City Planning. Commission for review 'and comment and the Planning Commission is requested to report back to the City Council within a reasonable period of time with recommenda- tions on said modifications. - . 2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to make available to each member of the County Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County and of the School Boards of Independent School District No. 621 and 623 a copy of this resolution, together with a copy of the modified development program and tax increment financing plan and to invite each such member to meet with the City Council to discuss said proposal on the 9th day of May, 1983 at 7:30 o'c1ockp_.m. at the City Hall. . 3. A public hearing on said modifications will be held at the time and place set forth in the Notice of Hearing hereto attached and incorporated herein by reference. The City Manager is authorized and directed to cause said Notice of Hearing to be published in the local official newspaper and, if the local newspaper does not have general circulation, in a nei.V'spaper of general circulation in the City at least once not less than 10 days nor more than 30 days prior to the date of hearing and to cause a copy of said notice to be mailed to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and the School Board Clerks of Independent School Districts No. 621 and 623. Tne motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Kehr, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present. and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
