<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: MAY 9, 1983 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice ~lereof, a <br />Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Rosevi1le, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held on <br />May 9, 1983 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />(Curley) Member introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7503 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MODIFYING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM <br />AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR <br />DEVELOPHENT DISTRICT NO. I AND REDEVELOP~1ENT <br />DISTRICTS NO. 1 AND NO. 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />A. The City of Rosevi11e formed on October 13, 1982 <br />a development district which the City has titled "Development <br />District No. I" the boundaries of which are fixed and <br />determined as shown on the attached Exhibit A incorporated <br />herein by reference. The City also on October 13, 1983 formed <br />two tax increment financing districts which the City has titled <br />"Redevelopment District No. I" and "Redevelopment District No. <br />2" within Development District No. 1 and adopted a development <br />program and tax increment financing plan under the provisions <br />of Minnesota Statutes, Section 273.71 to 273.78 and Chapter <br />472A (collectively the "Act"). <br /> <br />B. The City desires to modify the existing develop- <br />ment program and tax increment financing plan; <br /> <br />-----. <br />
