<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />July 11, 1983 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 11, <br /> <br />1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the fOllowing <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br /> <br />1983 assessment roll for Consolidated Improvement P-8l-23 and <br /> <br />P-8l-24, prepared by him with the assistance of the City <br /> <br />Public Works Director as directed by the Council on June 27, <br /> <br />1983, and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in <br /> <br />his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7533 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the proposed 1983 assessment roll for Consolidated <br />Improvement P-8l-23 and P-8l-24 now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Manager is approved, and <br />the Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the <br />Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on <br />August 8, 1983, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in <br />the City of Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall <br />state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general <br />nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, <br />the total cost of the improvement, that the proposed <br />assessment roll is on file with the Manager, and that written <br />or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be con- <br />
