It shall be published in the official newspaper of <br />the City at least once, and shall be mailed to the owner of <br />each parcel described in the assessment roll, not less than <br />two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the purpose <br />of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those <br />shown as such on the records of the County Treasurer. Every <br />property owner whose name does not appear on such records <br />(other than owners of property which is tax exempt or is taxed <br />on a gross earnings basis) shall be deemed to have waived such <br />mailed notice unless he has requested in writing that the <br />County Treasurer include his name on the records for this pur- <br />pose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
