<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 22, 1996, at 6:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9310 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENTS <br />P-94-10, UL-94-14, P-95-02-15, P-95-02-44, <br />P-95-02-46, P-95-02-51, ST -95-04, M-95-14 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREP ARA TION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-94-1 0 of <br />the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Lincoln Drive trom Terrace Drive to County <br />Road C-2 and County Road C-2 from Lincoln Drive to Snelling Avenue for the construction of <br />the streets by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermain, sanitary <br />sewer, storm sewer, right-of-way, street lights, and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original <br />hearing on the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvements is $660,102.28, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvements amounts to $205,978.75, so that the total cost of the improvements will be <br />$866,081.03 and of this cost Roseville will pay $504,837.17 as its share of the cost. The cost to <br />be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be $361,243.86; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement UL-94-14 <br />of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting the south cul-de-sac of Heine I Drive by the <br />installation of a street light; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original <br />hearing on the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvements is $4,156.60, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvements amounts to $337.51, so that the total cost of the improvements will be $4,494.11 <br />and of this cost Roseville will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $4,494.11; and <br />
