<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement
<br />P-95-02-15 of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Terrace Drive, Huron Street to
<br />Merrill Street; Judith Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Merrill Street; Huron Street, County Road C-2
<br />to end of cul-de-sac; Dellwood Street, County Road C-2 to Woodhill Drive; Merrill Street,
<br />Terrace Drive to Woodhill Drive for the reconstruction of the streets by the installation of
<br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and
<br />necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement
<br />P-95-02-44 of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Acorn Road, County Road B to
<br />T. H. 36 Service Drive for the reconstruction of the streets by the installation of bituminous
<br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary
<br />appurtenances; and

<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement
<br />P-95-02-46 of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Skillman Avenue, Cleveland
<br />Avenue to end of cul-de-sac; Rosewood Lane North, Midland Hills Road to Rosewood Lane
<br />South; Rosewood Lane South, Midland Hills Road to Cleveland Avenue; Draper Avenue,
<br />Midland Hills Road to 290 feet east of Rose dale Drive; Rosedale Drive, Roselawn Avenue to
<br />Draper Avenue; Midland Hills Road, Roselawn Avenue to Rosewood Lane North; Lake Street,
<br />Roselawn Avenue to a point 650 feet north for the reconstruction of the streets by the installation
<br />of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities,
<br />and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement
<br />P-95-02-51 of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Pry Street, Skillman Avenue to
<br />County Road B; Midlothian Road, Skillman Avenue to County Road B; Aldine Street, Ryan
<br />Avenue to Skillman Avenue; Herschel Street, Ryan Avenue to Shryer Avenue; Wheeler Street,
<br />Ryan Avenue to Shryer Avenue; Beacon Street, Ryan Avenue to Shryer Avenue; Ryan Avenue,
<br />Pairview Avenue to Aldine Street; Shryer Avenue, Pairview Avenue to Aldine Street; Eldridge
<br />Avenue, Midlothian Road to end of cul-de-sac by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete
<br />curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original
<br />hearing on the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such
<br />improvements is $2,297,607.89, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of
<br />said improvements amounts to $592,537.56, so that the total cost of the improvements will be
<br />$2,890,145.45, and of this cost the City will pay $2,174,405.84 as its share of the cost. The cost
<br />to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be $715,739.61; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement ST -95-04
<br />of the City ofRoseville on all that property in Neighborhood 44, by the installation of storm
<br />sewer and necessary appurtenances; and
