Proposed Timeline <br />(Tom's Recommendation for Board action at the Aug. 18'" Board meeting) <br />• The 60 day review period will now end September 15, 2011 <br />• GLWMO Board holds Special Meeting on September 22, 2011(4 to 6 PM ) to <br />approve written responses to: agencies, local governtnents,,and public comments <br />on the draft Plan <br />• Public Hearing held on October 6, 2011 at the Roseville City Hall, Council <br />Chambers from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, Note: Oct. 6u' is the earliest we can hold the <br />meeting if we hold it at Roseville City Hall <br />• Publish official notice, in the GLWMO designated newspaper, (this will cost us <br />$$$) of the October 6, 2011 Public hearing on September 22, 2011 and September <br />29,2011. <br />• Make adjustments to the Plan and hold Special Board meeting on October 13, <br />2011 to approve revised content for "submitting Final Draft & summary of <br />revisions, all comments, and record of the Public hearing to B WSR, the required <br />agencies, and other entities if desired for final comment for the 90 day review <br />period. Assume submit on October 14, 2011. <br />• Ask BWSR to approve Plan at its December 15s' meeting and arrange its agenda <br />so as to approve of the Plan before it approves the 2012 Clean Water Legacy <br />Grants <br />• Hold Special Board meeting on December 22, 2011 to adopt the Plan. <br />Please see the attached PDFs for support documentation <br />
