f. Be a signatory to certain instruments and accounts of the Organization; <br />g. In the absence of Chair and Vice Chair, a Chair Pro Tempore shall be <br />elected by the Commissioners in attendance to serve as Chair for the <br />duration of that meeting. <br />It shall be the duties of the Secretary to: <br />Oversee the preparation and distribution, in a timely manner, of the <br />minutes of all meetings of the Organization; AL <br />term. <br />rules and regulations shall be submitted to the Members for their review.
