<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th day of <br /> <br />February, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmembers Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7595 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. SS-W-ST-P-83-l7 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, THE City Council received a petition from the owners <br /> <br />of all that property north of County Road B and south of T.H. 36, <br />bounded by Mid Oaks Plat on the east and Midland Hills Grove <br /> <br />Condominiums on the west, requesting that the Council install <br /> <br />sanitary sewer, watermain, storm drainage facilities, bituminous <br /> <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances at <br /> <br />said location and requesting that the entire cost of said <br /> <br />improvement be assessed against their property, and <br />
