<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />August 8, 1983, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br /> <br />Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this report <br /> <br />was received by the Council on February 27, 1984; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />I. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owner <br />of all property affected by said requested im- <br />provement in accordance with Minn Stat. 429.031 (3). <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby or- <br />dered as proposed in the report of the City <br />Public Works Directors. <br /> <br />3. The City Public Works Director is hereby desig- <br />nated as the engineer for this improvement. He <br />shall prepare plans and specifications for the <br />making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Franke and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Franke, <br /> <br />Kehr, Curley and Mayor Demos; and the following voted against the <br /> <br />same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br />
