<br />RESOLUTION 7596 <br />-2- <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, supports the locating of the Metropolitan Racetrack in the <br />City of Blaine. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to <br />the Minnesota Racing Commission and the City of Blaine. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council member Franke, and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present. <br /> <br />and, the following voted against same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF ~SEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager of the <br />City of Roseville, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared <br />the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular council <br />meeting of said City Council held on the 27th day of February, 1984, <br />with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a <br />full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same <br />relates to supporting the location of a racing facility in the City <br />of Blaine. <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand as such Manager and the corporate seal of the City of <br />Roseville this 28th day of February, 1984. <br /> <br />'._ :- ,',i L..;' i (;~' <br />City Manager <br /> <br />'''~'''J.
