Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, MInnesota April 23, 1984 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 23rd day of April, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Kehr, Franke, Curley and Johnson; and the following were absent: None Councilmember Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7604 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-P-SW-84-3 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429, AND APPROVING PLANS AND SPE- CIFICATIONS FOR PORTIONS OF S.P. 27-693-01 AND S.P. 62-619-04, AND THAT PART OF PROJECT MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IDENTIFIED AS S.P. 6284-102 AND S.P. 6284-9355 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: 1. In accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. ST-P-SW-84-3, consisting of the installation of storm sewer, sidewalk, traffic signal, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermain work and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting County Road D (on the south side only) from Highcrest Avenue to Cleveland Avenue, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $2,206,173.85, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager. Having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special assess- ments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the Notice of Hearing. The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications.
