<br />2. Pursuant to City Council resolution, the City Public <br />Works Director has prepared and presented to the Council for <br />approval plans and specifications for portions of S.P. 27-693-01 <br />and S.P. 62-619-04 as well as that part of Project Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation identified as S.P. 6284-102 and <br />S.P. 6284-9355. Such plans and specifications, copies of which <br />are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon roll call vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
