EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA JULY 9, 1983 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 9, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, Anderson, and Curley; and the following were absent: None. Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager, Charles Honchell, City Public Works Director; Douglas Strong, City Public Works Department and Thomas S. Deans, City Bond Consultant. Mayor DEMOS: At this time we have a group of hearings for projects. We will start with Project P-84-4. ANDRE: I have the affidavits of publication showing that the notice was published in the Roseville Sun on June 25 and July 7 and the Certificate of Mailing were mailed to the affected par- ties. DEMOS: Now we will hear from Mr. Honchell. HONCHELL: This project is a result of a petition from 3 of the 5 properties in the vicinity of Victoria and Roselawn. At this point there is neither sanitary sewer available to them nor are they attached to the municipal sanitary sewer system. This is one of the two locations in the City that right now does not have sanitary sewer service. You may recall approximately three years ago that the City went through a process of investigating where sanitary sewers were and where they were not. This area was identified at that time as not having available sewers. Other projects were approved to provide them with sanitary sewer service, but in this case the Council determined that they wanted to wait until some of the people in this area desired to have the sewer service for themselves, before they would act.
