I really don't see where this will impose any hardship on anyone and it will ultimately open this area up for development. Having gone through it myself, if there's one person who needs connection to sewer, I just have the feeling allover me and I know what I use to go through and with that in mind, I'm calling a vote. Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7621 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-84-4 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. SS-84-4 consisting of the installation of storm sewer and necessary appur- tenances including all that property north of Roselawn Avenue, west of Victoria Street, east of Chatsworth Street and south of Ryan Avenue as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost pre- sently estimated at $49,405.26, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having con- sidered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed, financed, and special assessments levied therefor, pursuant to Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the Notice of Hearing. The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Curley, and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present; and the following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
