<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 9, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br /> <br />at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 9th day of July, <br />1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />J <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Curley; and the <br /> <br />foll~wing were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption ~f the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 762'3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br />BIDS ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-84-18 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council on <br /> <br />June 11, 1984, the City Public Works Director has prepared plans <br /> <br />and specifications for Improvement No. SS-w-p-84-l8 and has pre- <br /> <br />sented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br /> <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br />
