<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 23, 1984 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 23, 1984, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr and Curley; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Anderson. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1984 <br /> <br />assessment roll for Consolidated Improvements No. p-82-2l, <br /> <br />P-82-22 and P-82-32, prepared by him with the assistance of the <br /> <br />City Public Works Director as directed by the Council on July 9, <br />1984, and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in his <br /> <br />office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7627 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that <br />the proposed 1984 assessment roll for Consolidated Improvements <br />No. P-82-2l, p-82-22 and P-82-32 now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Manager is approved, and the <br />Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council <br />will meet to consider the proposed assessment on August 13, 1984, <br />at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in the City of <br />Roseville at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the date, <br />time and place of the meeting, the general nature of said impro- <br />vement, the area proposed to be assessed, the total cost of the <br />
