<br />improvement, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with <br />the Manager, and that written or oral objections thereto by any <br />property owner will be considered. It shall be published in the <br />official newspaper of the City at least once, and shall be mailed <br />to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll, not <br />less than two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the <br />purpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be <br />those shown as such on the records of the County Treasurer. <br />Every property owner whose name does not appear on such records <br />(other than owners of property which is tax exempt or is taxed on <br />a gross earning basis) shall be deemed to have waived such mailed <br />notice unless he has requested in writing that the County <br />Treasurer include his name on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Kehr and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present; <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
