2011 -2012 Essay Contest Timeline <br />November 4 Deadline for schools to submit essays to the City of Roseville. <br />t Commissioners collect essays from schools. <br />November 14 Copied sets of essays mailed to commissioner. Each commissioner <br />can expect to receive about 30 essays. <br />December 5 Commissioners review their set of essays and submit their top <br />three essay numbers to Carolyn Curti on or before December 5, <br />December 13 CO=issioners receive top essays for scoring. <br />December January CoRnmissioners evaluate the top essays and submit scores to <br />Carolyn Curti by January 2. <br />January 10 Commissioners review scores and determine top three essays and <br />honorable mention winners. <br />February winners their families and teachers are honored at a City Council <br />meeting that is followed by a reception. <br />March 31 Deadline for submitting Roseville's first place essay to League of <br />Minnesota Human Rights Commissions. <br />Early April League of Minnesota Human Rights Commissions representatives <br />meet to determine winning essay for statewide contest. <br />Early May Reception to honor statewide winners and participants. <br />
