<br />IJHEREAS, the 'l'ecbnical Advisory Conmittee did evaluate alternatives and <br />develof?ed a program for the resolution of the problem of overflows from Beaver, <br />Phalen, Como and HcCarron's lakes; and <br /> <br />\'mI:REAS, the City of Roseville supports the program developed by the Technical <br />Advisory ConU11ittee, and desires that the program be implemented in and <br />eXf€ditious, cost-effective manner. <br /> <br />I<OH, 'l'HEHE:FORE, BE I'l" RESOLVED: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Roseville adopts the recorrmendations of the Tedmical <br />Advisory Corrunittee dated Septerrber 27, 1984. <br /> <br />2.
